Messages from KIMI:

- Deposit is non-refundable
- No refund will be given if a no-show or reservation is canceled less than 48 hours of the reservation date (excluding Monday and holidays)
- Guest(s) arriving more than 30 minutes late will be deemed as a no-show and the deposit will not be refundable.
- Changing reservation and/or any detail of reservation is allowed only ONE time (such change must be made not less than 48 hours from the reserved time). Any change incurred shall be made within 45 days from the first reserved date.
- In case of paying the deposit via credit/debit card or any other card, we will be charging 3% of the total amount (Payment at KIMI will not incur any charge for the rest of the unpaid amount).
