KIMI SW3 sets within Songwat Road dating back to the mid-19th century era of King Rama IV, we shift from imports to close relationships with Thai farmers, fishermen, and artisans. From wild-caught fish in Phang Nga and beef from Surin to rice from Chiang Rai, each ingredient reflects its origin. Through Raw, Grill, and Boil, we apply a gentle Japanese approach, letting Thailand’s produce speak for itself.
